Gavin Dein

Gavin Dein is the founder and CEO of company Reward and son of millionaire ex Arsenal football club vice chairman David Dein. Gavin also conceived the idea of the Cardless Reward Technology to bring participation in a loyalty programme within the possibility for every retailer. The Cardless Reward Technology was voted as "Innovation Of The Year 2007" at the Credit Card awards second only to the Barclaycard FlexiRate. Reward's passion-based loyalty, using passion from sports, education, the arts and more to reward fans while creating comsumer preference is also a unique addition to the UK's loyalty market.
In addition to leading the executive management team, Gavin's primary role at Reward is to build the business internationally through global retail, clubs, affiliate and banking alliances.
Prior to founding Reward, Gavin's career kicked off at Arsenal FC and Nike in multi-million pound sponsorship negotiations and other fan club projects.
Gavin is best known for dating British pop star, Rachel Stevens, before spilting up in August 2005.
