Gavà is a municipality in Barcelona Province (Catalonia, Spain); not to get confused with the village of Gava (or Gávavencsellő) in the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary.

Gavà has a beach and two population centers:

  • Gavà: the city proper
  • Gavà Mar (Gavà Sea): an urbanisation by the beachside

Gavà's mayor is of the Socialist Party of Catalonia.
