Gaur, Nepal

Gaur is a town in the Rautahat district, a part of Narayani zone, in Nepal.
On March 21, 2007, supporters of the Madhesi People's Rights Forum (MPRF), killed 29 people, mostly Maoists, near the town. The victims were raped, burnt, beaten and evidently speared to death.[1]
