Hi. We altered the text In the interest of providing a complete picture of what Gate Gourmet is as a company and believe it is a far more objective entry, despite the fact that we are writing about our own company. We included the situation in London, as well as the labor agreement in Germany that recently was reached, both of which are a part of our company’s history. The London strike scenario, however, in no way fully represents what Gate Gourmet as a worldwide company provides or offers, and with that in mind we posted the more thorough description of Gate Gourmet’s business and recent activities. We understand the importance of objectivity and – with respect to your discussion point – created an article to provide pertinent information relevant to the public at large, who would be interested in a fuller picture than one focused solely on the London wildcat strike. Hi - I've reverted your additions to the Gate Gourmet article. In general, people are discouraged from writing about their own company, as it is difficult to maintain a neutral point of view, or to decide what information is most relevant and informative to those outside the company.
