[edit] Miscellaneous Information and Trivia

During the late 1990's the school mascot was the "Gorlock". The white furry creature was the winning entry in a contest to decide who or what would represent the school despite widespread allegation that the depiction of the creature in the winning drawing was simply a direct copy of some other artists creation. The Gorlock resembled neither a gorilla nor any of the Morlocks.[citation needed] This creature was painted next to a door in the A-Wing and has been recently painted over.
