Gate is a town in Beaver County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 112 at the 2000 census.

Gate is located at 36°51′7″N, 100°3′21″W (36.851903, -100.055805)[3].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 112 people, 47 households, and 33 families residing in the town. The population density was 443.8 people per square mile (173.0/km²). There were 61 housing units at an average density of 241.7/sq mi (94.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.21% White and 1.79% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.46% of the population.

There were 47 households out of which 36.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.1% were married couples living together, and 27.7% were non-families. 27.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.38 and the average family size was 2.82.

In the town the population was spread out with 24.1% under the age of 18, 8.0% from 18 to 24, 24.1% from 25 to 44, 27.7% from 45 to 64, and 16.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 103.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.7 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $34,583, and the median income for a family was $45,000. Males had a median income of $31,563 versus $20,938 for females. The per capita income for the town was $18,891. There were 4.2% of families and 5.1% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
