Gastrotheca peruana is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, and urban areas.
