Gastrotheca aureomaculata is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, freshwater marshes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
