Gastrophryne usta is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is found in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, intermittent freshwater marshes, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
