In the future, please use the "Move" tab instead of cut&paste to move content between names--it's the only way to keep the page history (and Talk page, if any) and content together, a GFDL licensing requirement. Also, due to Wikipedia's case-sensitivity, redirects from titles the Go button can find, such as "Infocomm Development Authority Of Singapore" (as opposed to those it can't, such as "Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore") are desirable, not deletion candidates.
