[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:This is my home hillsong kiev cd.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:This is my home hillsong kiev cd.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 17:56, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pchilka's antisemitism

Garik, there was no intention to downplay anything. If it came off that way, please know that that was not the purpose of including the additional information. The point was to provide further details, so that the reader does not assume that ALL Ukrainians, and their intelligentsia was/is bigoted. The capriciousness part is mentioned in the sources you provided. I only included that as a direct translation. If you disagree with the translation, I am open to your version.--Riurik(discuss) 21:53, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Riurik, I appreciate your efforts, but I do disagree. I will reply on the Pchilka's talk page. Garik 11 (talk) 22:33, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Portals

Hi Garik,

just to let you know, if you are interested in Ukraine-related themes, you may want to check out the Ukraine Portal, particularly the Portal:Ukraine/New article announcements and Portal:Ukraine/Ukraine-related Wikipedia notice board. The New article announcements board is probably the most important and the most attended one. Please don't forget to announce there the new articles you create. Adding both boards to your watchlist is probably a good idea.

Finally, in case you are interested, similar boards exist at Russia portal as many editors contribute to topics related to both countries. The respective boards there are: Portal:Russia/New article announcements and Portal:Russia/Russia-related Wikipedia notice board. Of course there are also many other portals at Wikipedia or you may just get right into editing.

Again, welcome! --Irpen 18:35, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] June 2008

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Depeche Mode. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. JD554 (talk) 10:37, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
