You added the following to the Durum page:
"The protein in wheat can be as high as 18% but is not a complete protein. When eaten with beans (legumes, pulse), which is also an incomplete protein, the result of the combination is a high quality protein with all the amino acids required for human nutrition."
A 1988 American Dietetics Position Paper contradicts the necessity of 'protein combining' in the same meal for a healthy diet as incorrect. I've removed mention of it from the durum article.
