Greetings to the community of Wikipedia!
Ka Lic is from Malaysia staying in Singapore. He graduated from Temasek Polytechnic,Singapore with a Diploma in Biomedical Informatics & Engineering. Currently working as an IT personnel. English is never his first language (his mother tongue is Mandarin, 1st language is Malay).
