The author should not have removed the speedy tag from the page by himself. Nonetheless, as the reviewing admin, I see it make clear claims to importance as "5 x British Heavyweight Ju-Jitsu Champion" so I have not re-tagged the article. It needs refs and wikifying.

- I note it was tagged when under construction and the claim to imprtance was not at all clear. This is a good example of why one should avoid tagging new articles clearly in progress until they have had a chance to be written.
