One of the problems with Garrick Palmer references is that the man is extremely shy and dislikes the limelight which would result, in this media-saturated age, in many more articles. Have spoken to a number of wood engravers and a major collector of his work as well. When Mr Palmer visited Canada in 1999 a number of Canadian wood engravers travelled up to 350km to talk to him.
