[edit] Ad?

This article reads like an advertisement for Gardetto's. Is that what it is? Snow Shoes 18:44, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

I hardly think it reads like an ad. It's probably due to the minimalist material included in the article. --Brandon Dilbeck 19:22, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
I disagree. It's as legit as any other article about a branded food, and there are plenty on Wikipedia. As stated, it just has very little content. --RJNFC 09:01, 7 December 2006 (EST)

I think it might sound like an add because it is one. I am holding a bag of Gardetto's now which, almost word for word, tells the same company history, and then instructs the reader to try their other labels (the ones listed in the article). It would appear that someone just coppied the bag onto wikipedia.

[edit] Lays?

I have no idea why Lays is listed as the owner.

General Mills owns the brand, and is not affiliated with Lays.

I'm going to go ahead and change it.

Edit: It seems it was vandalized by 72.132.238.204

[edit] This IS the BACK OF THE BAG

What the hell is this? This whole article should just be removed if it is not going to have any other information in it with the exception of what is written word for word on the back of the bag.

I can read the back of the bag I have in my hands and read the wikipedia article on it at the same time lol. Seriously this "article" needs to either be rewritten with info or deleted

I've removed the copied content, making this purely a stub article. LQ (talk) 06:00, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] History of Gardettos.........

Some one told me that Gardettos started as a Wisconsin company. Can anyone verify this or add to the history of the family owned business? 75.9.160.47 (talk) 22:14, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
