The series was created by now re-structured studio BlitzDS, at the time known as eStudio.

The main character Gary "The Rat" Andrews (voiced by Kelsey Grammer), is a defense attorney who somehow mutated into a rat when he woke up, although the viewer never gets to see the human version of Gary.
