Gary Eugene Redus (born November 1, 1956 in Athens, Alabama), is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major Leagues primarily as an outfielder from 1982-1994. He was a career .252 batter with 90 home runs, 886 hits, 352 RBIs and 322 stolen bases over 1159 games. He is currently the outfield/baserunning cooordinator for the Houston Astros.

He played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1982 to 1985, the Philadelphia Phillies in 1986, the Chicago White Sox in 1987 and 1988, the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1988 to 1992, and the Texas Rangers from 1993 to 1994.

In 1987, Redus finished third in stolen bases in the American League with 52 for the White Sox. On August 25, 1989, Redus hit for the cycle for the Pirates in a 12–3 victory over the Reds. From 1990-1992, Redus appeared in three straight National League Championship Series' for the Pirates.
