Gary Fan

Gary Fan Kwok Wai (范國威; born October 30, 1966) is a member of the standing committee of the central committee of The Democratic Party, Hong Kong.
He graduated from the San Francisco State University. He is the leader of a faction known as the Young Turks inside the party and is currently a district councillor from Sai Kung.
