Garrick (Garry) Roberts (born 16 June 1950, in Ireland) was a guitarist with the Irish New Wave band, The Boomtown Rats. He and Johnnie Moylett/Fingers were the founders of the band, and, between them, recruited the other members. After the breakup of the Rats he avoided playing the guitar in public for ten years, after which he and Simon Crowe played together in the rhythm and blues four-piece band The Velcro Flies, who are now defunct.
