Garin Higgins is the head football coach for Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. He was named to the position on December 15, 2006, replacing David Wiemers.[2] He also served as head coach for the NAIA 2000 and 2003 Runner-up Champions at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and as an assistant coach for the undefeated 1999 NAIA National Championship team at Northwestern Oklahoma.[3]
