Garett Argianas is the chief meteorologist with Fox 61, WTIC-TV in Hartford, Connecticut. His first night on air on was Wednesday October 17, 2007. Prior to joining Fox 61 Argianas was weekend meteorologist with NBC 30 WVIT from 2003-2007. He is a native of Shelton, Connecticut.
Garett received his Bachelor of Science degree in atmospheric sciences from the University at Albany, in Albany, New York.
He is a big supporter of Little League baseball, volunteering as an umpire, scorekeeper and tournament director. Garett has volunteered at the Little League World Series and each summer he volunteers at the Little League Eastern Regional Tournament, in Bristol, Connecticut.
