Gareth Michael John Davies (born 4 February 1983 in Chesterfield, England) is an English footballer, currenly playing for Conference National side Halifax Town.

He broke his big foot in three places in a pre-season friendly in August 2007, which ruled him out for at least six weeks.[1] He joined Stalybridge Celtic on a month's loan in September 2007 to help his return to first-team football.[2] He made five appearances during his spell with the club.[3] He left Chesterfield by mutual consent in January 2008.[4] He joined York City on trial in February,[5] but joined Halifax Town on a deal until the end of the season later that month.[6]
