Garessio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km south of Turin and about 40 km southeast of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,505 and an area of 131.0 km².[1]
Garessio borders the following municipalities: Bardineto, Calizzano, Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena, Erli, Nasino, Ormea, Pamparato, Priola, Roburent, and Viola.
