Garden Hill, Manitoba

Garden Hill is a First Nations community in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It is situated on Island Lake in the far northeast corner of the province. It is only accessible by winter ice roads via St. Theresa Point and air.

The language in Garden hill is called "oji bweh" cree, yet they tend to mix their language with the English language ands sounds more like creenglish. the children of Garden hill is more likely to lose their native tongue within the next twenty years because it has no use in the world today and it will have no use in the near future, they have no choice but to forget about their heritage...WAY OF LIFE IS GONE FOR MOST OF US IN GARDEN HILL.
