Garbagnate Monastero is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 35 km northeast of Milan and about 12 km southwest of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,309 and an area of 3.5 km².[1]
