Garaam Masala (Hindi Meaning: Hot Spices) is one of South East Asia's most popular Boy bands, based out of London, England, and formed in 2006 by pianist/dentist/medical doctor Saif Bhai and neurosurgeon/chef Masala Jii. Garaam Masala consists' of three members: Syeeed Jii on Guitar, Masala Jii on Dhol and Saif Bhai on Keyboards.

The group has had a string of #1 Hits in South East Asia but however has never managed to break any other markets there biggest hits to date has been 'Kayonee' which is rumoured to have been copied by Pakistani band Junoon. The mix of folk and modern music and electrifying dance moves have guaranteed their iconic status within south East Asia, the signature move that has defined the band known as the "Kofta" wereby Masala Jii takes off his shirt while Saif Bhai blows red tumeric powder at the crowd and Syeeed Jii goes into a solo, their signature move has often been criticised as being overdramatic however this has not deterred the band from performing the dance move at every live show to date.
