[edit] Interactive Flash Pranks
These flash pranks usually create some sort of interaction between the flash and the person viewing the flash. In most cases the "pranker" must input information beforehand and create a custom link for the prankee.
- Ring Prank: After user watches the "Ring Video" , they receive a call from "000-000-0000" which says a custom message (specified by the pranker) in a creepy voice.
Link: http://monkeydoo.com/onlineflash_thering2.php - Remote Scan: Accurately tells user about their facial characteristics, later luring them to do an "eye scan". Seconds later, the excorcist girl comes up, accompanied by a piercing scream.
Link: http://monkeydoo.com/onlineflash_remotescan.php - Thumb Scan: Asks user to place their thumb on the screen for a "thumb scan". After scan is complete, the flash reveals that the user's thumb was resting on a pile of poo.

[edit] Good Intentions
This Flash file pretends to be just a slide show of very pretty, peaceful photos but, after a while, a photo will come very slowly and all of a sudden it screams, and the Fatal Frame image from Kikia (see below) covers it. It's not over yet, because after this it starts doing the complete opposite, showing scary and unpleasant pictures of murders, monsters, and more, and appears to be over, but after a short time, will scream again.

[edit] Kikia
Links:
This is the first prank flash to be widely spread and thus provide inspiration for other similar creations. It originated on Taiwan's Kimo webhosting service from a person with the online username "Netspooky."
Summary
- Frame 1 (4 sec): In a cartoon, a boy sits on a lawn gazing at the sky. Two lines of Chinese text appear. A rough translation is "Hasn't it been a long time... / Haven't looked at the sky closely..."
- Frame 2 (4 sec): Shows the boy walking down a city street lined with buildings. A rough translation of the Chinese text is "Walking on the street... / You see..." (The first two scenes are accompanied by Utada Hikaru's soft rock pop ballad "First Love.")
- Frame 3 (2 sec): Shows a screenshot of the game Fatal Frame during a piercing scream. It is a grayscale photograph of a ghost woman.
- Frame 4: The yellow text "Kikia" appears. The animation does not loop.
[edit] Subliminal Messages

Caution: Also contains suggestive sexual images.
This animation, sometimes known as "Subliminal Music and Images," is considered by many to be the scariest flash animation on the Internet (compare with Rubber Johnny). It has been distributed to many websites since 2002.
[edit] Summary
After loading, an advertisement for gin is shown. After a few seconds, part of the image is highlighted and the word "SEX" is visible. An image for a flooring company appears, with a woman appearing to be touching her shoulder. The image is then flipped, so it appears the woman is masturbating herself. Then a song, Cradle of Filth's "Dinner at Deviant Palace" begins to play backward. The Lord's Prayer is heard along with faint noises. In the middle of the prayer, a loud scream is heard, along with a flurry of pictures; some of a harlequin baby, and Rotten.com pictures. It ends with a message, "Never trust strange flash documents talking about subliminal stuff!"
[edit] Ghost TV
It is a scream flash that pretends to be a surveillance cam game to search for a ghost inside a house that was abandoned, you have an EVP monitor that will record a ghost message, sometimes you will hear "Help me." After searching a lot of rooms you will hear breathing and your screen will go snowy. After a few seconds, a ghost boy will appear and scream.

[edit] Murder Investigation
This is a mystery game where you have to find clues to see how a family of three was killed. Once you get all the clues you have to find the killer: if you don't find the killer in time he will find you and kill you, when he finds you a whole bunch of pictures will pop up. No scream, but a screech will sound. These pictures are of a puppet's face, a negative picture of the puppet's face, an eye, and a streched out mouth screaming. These also happen to be the images that appear if you beat the game. Clicking "Leave" at the beginning loads the site main page.
Link: http://sugarqube.com/Ecards/CardView.cfm?CardID=1228
The "walk through" also features a blurry picture of a corpse's face that pops up with a loud screech randomly and briefly and says to turn up the volume for special audio clues.

[edit] Night Vision
This flash tells you to look for a hidden ghost in each picture it tells you to crank up your speakers and turn out the lights. After randomly looking a few times (supposedly with night vision), either nothing will happen, or randomly a girl with her face blurred out appears and screams.
Link: http://sugarqube.com/Ecards/CardView.cfm?CardID=1120&L1=1&L2=66&L3=0&Page=
[edit] Shake the Snowman
The point of this game is to shake the snowman until it throws up. After shaking the snowman three times he will throw up. Then the vomit will slowly zoom in to the screen. There are two versions of this prank, one containing the vomit slowly zooming in with the words "Happy Holidays" and a face from The Exorcist, and another, much milder version in which the vomit will 'jump' closer into a face of a happy gingerbread man, then have a really loud scream. [1] Shake The Snowman ( Milder, gingerbread version.)
[edit] Urban Legends Series
Link: http://www.jkcinema.com/
A popular series distributed on the internet, which show mini documentaries providing evidence of the paranormal. Most, but not all, of the movies usually stop for 5 seconds, then an image of a ghost appears suddenly, accompanied by a very loud scream. Urban Legends 3: Ghosts, is considered to be the scariest out of the series, but the Urban Legends series are more like documentaries than screamers. It is considered the scariest because of the ghost photography: the image of the girl in the hallway, and the "Karma Ghost," the name attributed to the woman's ghost that pops up in the cluttered room. There are Urban Legends 4, 5, 6, and 7. But they aren't as scary as the 1st three.
Summary
It starts off normally, with a warning, and goes on to show ghost photography, ghost videos, and ITC. The first screamer hints to the viewer that ghosts may be haunting their computer monitor. 10 seconds later, a ghost girl pops up very briefly and is usually unseen. The movie continues with ghost EVP, then ends with a picture of an uncleaned room. The author tells the viewer to "LOOK CLOSER!!!!!" and then a loud scream and another ghost girl pops out from the door (this is actually derived from the animated GIF mentioned above - when using a Flash seek bar bookmarklet, the girl doesn't pop up).
[edit] Barney the Dinosaur
This screamer shows a picture of Barney the Dinosaur while his song plays, with some text saying that something is strange. After 20 seconds (soon after the words "dinosaur sensation") a negative image of a face screaming appears and a loud scream is heard. The flash is signed by a screen filled with "Ha. Ha.", the symbol PP and some laughter. This is actually more funny than scary, but it may be startling if you don't know it will pop up.

[edit] What's Wrong With This Picture?
Perhaps one of the most famous prank flashes is one that appeared around 2000 entitled, "What's Wrong with this Picture". It starts off with directions to find out what exactly is wrong with this picture, hence the title. It is then followed by a link that leads to what looks like a rather innocent picture of a dining room. This is actually a flash file, but because of its early appearence, many viewers had little or no knowledge of flash. After staring at the picture for about thirty seconds, a black and white close-up photo of a woman clenching her face, with her eyes colored black briefly pops up and screams (sometimes the scream is a deep masculine scream, thus increasing the humor later). Other versions of this include trying to see a ghost in a photo, and one link opens the picture in another browser and freezes it on the face until you exit out. It can be more frightening than funny, but once you come to your senses, you realise its humor. Link: http://www.martectx.de/whatswrong.swf

Chris' comments date this prank to 2004 (as Halloween fell on a Sunday that year).
- Clock Crew Quiz - A test which involves a series of questions, all of which gives the following choices: "Strawberry Clock," "Josh Bedn," "Tom Fulp," or "George Bush." First Question: Who is king of the Portal? Answer: Strawberry Clock. Second Question: Who was the first clock? Answer: Strawberry Clock. Third Question: Who is from Canada? Immediately after the question is revealed, an image of a distorted woman's face will appear with a scream. The Clock Crew of the title is a reference to a group of people who make Macromedia Flash animations on Newgrounds (where this prank is hosted), with "Strawberry Clock" referring to the person who started it all www.newgrounds.com/collections/clockcrew_history.html.
- ClockKia - A parody of the imfamous flash animation Kikia (See above). Starts off by showing RadishClock sitting on a field with the song First Love (Same used in original). Then it shows RaspberryClock walking down a street with his friend, BurritoClock. After this StrawberryClock pops up with a scream, the same used in Kikia. It then shows the word ClockKia in yellow text. The animation does not loop. Although this is a parody, it can be quite startling if you havent seen the original.

Plus, it has a sequel that contains a ghost that appears at random and increases in frequency as you progress into the game (a scream appears if it catches up to you) and its bloodied face slowy appears on the screen (a scream is also heard if gets all the way up), lights falling in the pharmacy, and a scream is heard when a key is put into a clock.

- Don't Touch the Walls - This game gets the user's attention by presenting a game where the challenge is to get to the red area with your cursor while not touching the walls. Usually, there is note saying that few people have completed the game to intrigue you further. There are three levels in all, and after one finishes the 3rd level, the girl from the Exorcist appears on the screen and lets out a blood-curdling scream, and if you touch the wall near the end of level 3 where the level gets progressively thin, it will still surprise you. To cheat, hold down the mouse and drag it to the red area. Similar to "Steady Hand" (Down)
- Dress Up the Snowman - In this prank you get to dress up a snowman. But when you click on "Watch Him Dance" a skeleton jumps out of the snowman to your screen and screams a lot, saying "die" three times.
- El Misterioso Juego de las Melodias - Despite being hosted on a Spanish "museum of horror" site, this supposed game of "name that tune" (in cell phone ringtone form) is in English (complete with recommendation to turn up your volume to hear the tunes, which are played at a very low volume). A grizzled man with spiky hair pops up during the third question with a short scream. Although not part of Liquid Generation's "Sabotage" line, the words "You've been sabotaged" appear along side the grizzled man as he gives the finger.
- Escape The Spooky Room - This prank shows a picture of a rather poorly drawn room, in which you're supposed to find a way out of (like a game called "The Crimson Room" www.fasco-csc.com/works/crimson/crimson_e.php). Upon waiting a few more seconds, a rather scary picture of a deformed person's face leaps onto the screen, accompanied by a woman screaming.
- Exmortis - A newgrounds video game that has multiple shocks and that's similar to the The darkness. It tells the viewer to turn up the volume to play the game. During the title screen, a series of illustrations show along with some gruesome images and some screams. The game starts out on an unknown place where some people are camping and your character is the only survivor. Then as you progress in the game you see popping images like a severed body, bed smeared with blood, a decapitated head with a V on a microwave, a person pouncing on you screaming "you son of a b***h, I'm going to kill you!", your character realizes is really the killer but doesn't realize it because he had amnesia. Finally a voice makes a reminder that you must sacrifice yourself to fulfill your destiny, but once you pick no and you get out fo there in time a guy that looks like no face from twisted metal black comes out from nowhere grabs you and thus, restarting the game.
- Exmortis II - This is a sequel to the popular mystery shocker Exmortis; the loading screen says that some of the background sounds were borrowed from actual EVP recordings. The story begins some time after the first, and you play a sole survivor in a world run by Exmortis. As you progress from a church to an abandoned house, some of the "shocks" include a lady reaching for you in an air vent, weird mutated creatures crawling towards you in a dark tunnel, and as you finish the game, a familiar character from the start rushes towards you, his face dark and creepy, and kills you. Other disturbing images include a hanging torso, a man dead in the kitchen, a girl's blood being splattered on the wall, and bloody footsteps appearing in the church.
- Extreme Video: Car crash- It shows a video of an officer that gets hit by a rammed car. Then, it shows a replay of the video and when the cop gets hit, poorly drawn blood splatters all over the along with the cop's head rolling on the bottom of the screen. Another LG sabotage
- The Exorcist: Beginning Movie Promotional Game - The prank is like Zoeken, you have to search the difference between two images. The answer is the candle on the right is really the diffence. But when time is up, a scream along with the promo picture of The Exorcist: The Beginning is shown.
- The Fact About Sajjad Ali - Uses soothing music from a Pakistani pop singer Sajjad Ali. Text appears over a picture of Stonehenge describing the song played in the flash, "Paniyon Mein", followed by some Romanized Hindi. A Banshee with glowing eyes suddenly zooms out to a scream, covering the Stonehenge picture. The scream is the same as "What's Wrong With The Picture".
- Family In Egypt - After a few messages, the flash shows a picture of a man and a baby standing in front of a sandhill. It then begins to explain how they noticed something strange in one of their photos. Another block of text appears, and about 5 seconds later a picture from Rubber Johnny pops up accompanied by a scream. The song in the background is "Zepp Overture" by Charlie Clouser.
- Feeling Unhappy? - This screamer uses images of forests, valleys, sunsets, beaches, and the like, and follows them with a scream, a screenshot from Fatal Frame II, and images of a man in a mask holding scissors against a flashing red-and-black background. The animation does not loop, and instead repeats the flashing shock sequence over and over again. This flash was done by Mich The Weird.

- Fright Gauge - Tells you that the "'Find the Fiend' Gauge (patent pending) is designed to measure your visual activity. Studies have shown that sight plays a major role in our ability to sense the weird, strange, and supernatural. People with higher-than-average perception skills, studies show, are more likely to notice paranormal phenomena. To test your visual activity, see if you can spot the ghost hiding in one of these windows..." The text fades, and after about 8 or 9 seconds into the "Fiend Gauge," a zombie will appear with a scream. Then some text will appear, reading "did you see it?" and a button to play the prank over again.
- Funny Scenes on a Highway - pretends to show a car crash on a highway. In the middle of the clip, the girl from "The Exorcist" appears zooming with a loud scream.
- Gamemun -This flash is a very simple one, but startling. The purpose of this one is to fool people into thinking they're going to play a game. A loading screen is shown, then a screen giving the option to choose "1 Player" or "2 Players". After either one is chosen, a female face is shown in white makeup (which can be viewed on sfogs.com) and red eyes with a scary noise. The picture zooms in and out.
- Ghostboy - Who's Next? - This clever little number seduces the viewer with its interactive content, you the viewer click on the clown noses placed upon a little girl and three dogy’s. When clicked it triggers various humorous results. One nose however, is booby-trapped. Triggering the screamer action where Sam (winner of the ugliest dog three years running) appears accompanied by a piercing scream.
- Ghost Footage - This looks like old and dated ghost footage. The beginning titles say, "This is some footage in a graveyard. However, something seems wrong. Very wrong. Watch closely." Afterwards, it shows you a picture of a graveyard. Nothing is actually wrong with it, but the titles make you suspect that something is wrong. After about 10 seconds, an evil picture of Pennywise the Clown appears with a roar/scream. After that, the end titles appear saying, "You should have realised that it wasn't actually ghost footage you twit!"
- Gloomy Sunday - This one contains 3 screamers. It starts off telling a story about a song in Hungary that made large numbers of people commit suicide. After pressing the next button a second time, another screen begins to fade in, but it is quickly interrupted by a scary girl and a scream (the same face seen on Lindsay Lohan Nekkid - lindsaylohannekkid.ytmnd.com (link doesn't work anymore since the site has been killed) or www.randomimage.us/27382.html). It then quickly says,"Oh I'm sorry, did I scare you? What I meant was.." which is followed by a picture of the exorcist girl accompanied with a scream. It then shows a replay button, but clicking on it shows an image of Michael Jackson with a short scream. Later on the real replay button shows.
- The Hand-Eye Coordination Test - This "test" is divided into "five" parts, the "first" three involving "swatting" a fly by clicking on it (Sight & Speed Visualization), pressing buttons that flash red (Reaction Time), and following a dot tracing an "S" outline (finger dexterity). The other two parts (Perceptual Accuracy and Near Point Stereopsis) are not actually part of this flash: halfway through the finger dexterity test, a "bleeding" eye (actually a photo of a normal eye with animated red blobs simulating blood superimposed) appears out of nowhere, and a loud frenzied voice followed, "AAGGGHHHHHHH, MY EYE! OUCH! OUCH!" Part of the Liquid Generation "Sabotage" line. A good thing to note is that your percentage of Accuracy during the "S" finger dexterity test does not decrease even if you do not follow the do, and is not affected in any way.
- Halloween Safety Tips With Jack O. Lantern - In this Liquid Generation sabotage, a Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin called Jack O. Lantern teaches you about how to stay safe when trick or treating. Then on step 3, he tells you not to eat unwrapped food from strangers, but then he suddenly does that (He eats a randomly unwrapped sweet), and then he lashes out and screams (using one of the very often used screams in LG screamers) and he starts shrivelling up as pumpkin juice start squirting out of him and what looks like popcorn also spews out whilst his parents just stare at him in terror.
- Happy Happy Halloween! - pretends to be a TV show with dancing faces. (This is actually the Silver Shamrock mask commercial from Halloween 3) At the part where a picture of a pumpkin keeps flashing on the TV, a scary zombie jumps up from the upper left with a scream.
- Heaven or Hell? this is different from the other Heaven or Hell test because in this one, it's hosted by a man named Simon Right. However, when you click either yes or no on the third question, a realistic picture of a man with a finger up his nose all the way through where his left eye should be (came from Rotten.com) pops up with a scream. Followed by a creepy man in girl clothes dancing to heavy metal music with the text above saying "You're Going To Hell". Part of the liquid generation sabotage line-up.
- Heist: A Thief's Nightmare is a point and click game where you play as a thief breaking into an abandoned house in search of treasure. While the game itself isn't scary, there are many startling things that happen at random, including an axe being thrown into the thief's head, the thief's face being cut off via sliding door, and as an added bonus, there is a hidden "screamer" in the bathroom. Depending on which version you play, it will either occur at random after obtaining the matches, or you are required to light one of the matches and hold it up to the mirror. It is a reference to the Bloody Mary myth, and the screen flashes red with a creepy face with red eyes, accompanied by the thief's scream.
- Hidden Secret in "Lost" episode "Fire+Water" - a video claiming to reveal a hidden clue during Charlie's dream sequence in the "Fire+Water" episode of Lost. A few moments after a dove flies into view, a scary looking polar bear with large fangs jumps up and screams.
- Hit the Dot - you are to hit a white dot that moves across the screen. After a long while, 2 pictures of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pop up with a scream.
- Home Color Vision Deficiency Test - pretends to be an eyesight test, showing colored circles forming numbers on a backdrop of differently colored dots, similarly to a standard colorblind test, but when clicking on the box where you enter a number or the button Check It, a scream will sound with a picture of Dr. Judith Kutter with knives in her face from the movie Basket Case. After that a voice will whisper "I see dead people!"
- Also, a "Sabotage" version of this prank exisits, except it uses the same scream from "Inkblot test" only louder. http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/vision.php
- There's yet another Color Test, but this time they use a different picture: a scary blurred picture of a woman up close. Also they use the same scream from "Say It." http://www.freeonlinegames.com/play/1560.html
- HOT DIRTY FURRY GIRLS (A.K.A Sad Jerry)- A Newgrounds animation that starts out with a cemetery with a soft song from Queen ( We Are The Champions) in the background. It zooms into a tombstone that says, " We all miss Jake Silvburg...rest in peace." A blue man walks up to the tombstone and sheds a tear. The screen fades out. Then it shows a quick image of the blue man cutting his wrists, and one second later, goes to a flashing black and white background with a text-based frown, a mutilated cartoon head hanging and swinging from a hook with a piercing scream. This does not loop.
- How to Carve a Pumpkin - A Liquid Generation prank, this one tells you how to carve a virtual pumpkin. When you use your knife on the pumpkin, it screams, eyes jump out of it, blood sputters all over, and its mouth opens while its tongue sticks out.
- How to Cook a Turkey - A Liquid Generation prank, this scare is similar to "How to Carve a Pumpkin." When you try to add stuffing to the turkey, its face jumps to your screen and screams. Then it backs a bit and says "You could've at least bought me dinner first!"
- How to Make Your Own Beer-Powered Air Conditioner - There are step-by-step instructions on how to make a beer-powered air conditioner. However, after step 10, a fat and naked woman pops up with a scream and says "you can sit on the back of my fat ass and I'll cool you off on one of my amazing spots". Unlike other Liquid Generation pranks, there's no ninja and the Sabotage song.
- Hypnotic Experiment No. 1 - pretends to be a hypnotic experiment where your eyes should follow a dot. But when the dot disappears and a circle expands out, an eye with a red filter pops up with a scream, then a laugh follows in a black screen.
- Hypnotic Sequence - This game tells you that you can be hypnotized be doing this flash. After you click "Start Hypnotic Sequence," a red background with a black swirl will start to appear. In a couple of seconds, you hear a voice talking to you. After a short while of the swirl spinning, a picture of an eye with a red filter over it pops up with a loud scream. Then the words "HA! HA! GOTCHA!" appear. To view, click on "Hypnotic Sequence" at bottom of page.
- Illusion of Bloody Mary - A brand new LG prank that tells you to look into the mirror to see Bloody Mary, however, for a short while, a bloody ghost woman (who is sppose to Bloody Mary) comes up and screams. And the end tells you to look at an illusion that won't scare you.
- Image Morph E-Card - Another Liquid Generation prank where you get to morph a celebrity's face. After morphing and clicking on the send button, the screen shifts to an ugly face that bloats and melts with the same scream as featured in Stress Test and Trick or Treat. After the shock a message appears saying "Your face has just been melted by a Liquid Generation Sabotage!" NOTE: If you just keep morphing one of the celeberties faces, the screamer will still come up and can be very startling.
- Improved Kikia - The very well known Kikia video but when the Kikia part ends other various pictures appear. Furthermore the scream is different. The word Kikia appears in the end as in the original video but after that, the original screamer face of Kikia pops up. It is created by Hotdoga inc..
- Inkblot test - shows several commonly used inkblots, first showing the inkblots and with a button to reveal the question. Upon viewing the fourth screen showing and inkblot, the animation will abruptly cut to a genuine picture of Michael Jackson, accompanied by a scream, interrupted by a coughing fit (seemingly appropriate for a screamer spoof). Part of the Liquid Generation "Sabotage" line.
- Jessica Alba Nude - shows a picture of movie star Jessica Alba supposedly topless, although the picture loads slowly and eventually stops before the "main attraction" (all this is in fact simulated via Flash animation). After a few seconds, a female vampire from the film Fright Night pops up with a scream. This, in fact, uses the same frightening image as the screamer described below, Zoeken.
- Jingle Bells Reversed - Plays an excerpt of Jingle Bells, then plays it backwards. During the 3/4 mark of the reverse excerpt, a negative image of a man screaming suddenly pops up with a loud scream. The words "Hmm... It sounds slightly different in reverse. Hidden message? Who knows? I'm a bastard? Yes." appear at the end. The flash has been stolen countless times and is seen on many websites without the copyright details at the end. There has been many videos of people being pranked by this scremer on YouTube.
- Jingle Bells Reverse official location, by Daniel Fowler on http://www.alienredwolf.com: http://www.alienredwolf.com/visual/09jinglebellsreversed.html
- K-fee Auto, aka "Lexus", and "Mist or Ghost?" - a scary video disguised as a car commercial. A car is pleasantly driving along a countryside road, then disappears. The music isn't as loud so you need to turn your speakers up. Suddenly, a zombie pops up taking up nearly 3/4 of the screen, and a distorted scream plays. This is best known as a commercial for K-fee energy drinks in Germany. An alternate framing device for the video to trick viewers into watching is that this is a car commercial that was never put on TV because production noticed some ghostly white mist coming up from behind the car and then following it along the road (there is in fact no ghostly white mist to be seen). The commercial was actually aired in German television - the catchphrase of the drink is "So wach warst du nie!" ("You were never so awake!").
- Liquid Generation's What's Wrong With this Picture - shows a picture of the inside of a wooden house, while the text below is asking you to find out what's wrong with the picture. After a few seconds, an evil mask zooms onto you with a scream. Then it disappears and the word "Boo" appears. There's another one where you look in a picture of a black and white bedroom. After a few seconds the picture shifts to part of a woman's face with a scream (the scream is the same one featured in the Optical Illusions Sabotage), then the bedroom again.
- The London Dungeon - This video prank starts with the words "The footage you are about to see is absolutely genuine and was captured by CCTV cameras at the London Dungeon." It then says "Look very closely and you will see a mysterious ghostly figure. The video has been thoroughly analysed by experts but they have so far offered no explanation as to what it is." It then shows, what appears to be, two fuzzy separate security camera images with the words "MAIN EXT JACK ENT" on the left and "PRIS DR" on the right. The time of 05:59:50 with the date 20-11-04 is displayed at the bottom. The image goes fuzzy for a moment and the time advances to 10:09:43. You can also see, what appears to be, a janitor holding a broom walk out of range of the camera on the left. At 34 seconds into the video a guy, wearing white makeup, jumps up and fills the entire screen and yells "YEEEAAAHHH!!". He then descends into oblivion. The screen then says "Did you spot it?".
- Madium - This animation is a parody of the Newgrounds Submission Lilium. The animation starts off with Sad Jerry, then on the next frame, the animation shows a yellow guy with an angry face. Then the next 2 frames are text with what Sad jerry says (blue) and what Madium says. Then after the second Frame, there will be a decapitated head of Sad Jerry falling along with a loud distorted scream, then there would be a [seizure] inducing clip with a bouncing cartoon head and a rectangle.
- Maze Game w/ surround sound- A prank that pretends to be a video that shows a couple of guys falling for the maze. (kind of like Multiscare) that shows a couple of guys playing the maze with 7 speakers on a small room. Next, one guy plays the maze game. Finally when the guy gets to the end of the 3rd level, a scary, multilated face (the face almost looks like Shrek with photoshop editing) pops up with a high, and piercing scream.
Note: the prank gets foiled when you play it at mute.
- M.C. Escher Sabotage - you get to see M.C. Escher's art gallery. However, during the fifth picture, when the lady says "pentagon shaped" a bloody man pops up and zooms in and out with the same scream as in other pranks.
- Meaning Of Life 2006 - The animation states it is a serious Flash and apologizes for a quiet music rip. It appears to be a rather substandard Flash presentation talking philosophically about the meaning of life. After several frames, a picture of a skull boiling in a gorey goo-like substance appears accompanied with a continuously looping scream.
- Message in the Spider-Man comic- The movie starts out by viewing a comic page from spider-man. Then at around 25-30 seconds, the screamer shows an image from "Jingle Bells Reversed" then "Barney's secret message", a subliminal image from the exorcist, a harlequin fetus, and linda blair. Next, it goes a blue screen saying "Ha! Ha! You might have peed on your pants! -Concept. Finally, credits show.

- Online Hearing test - A Liquid Generation Prank. There are two parts in this prank. The first part is to see if you can hear each sound thst plays by clicking either "yes" or "no". Note: Each sound gets higher. The second part shows just one sound wave with the choises "left", "right", or "can't tell". Every time you click one of them, nothing happens. However, after clicking a couple of times (depending on how fast you click), a rocky face with blood on some parts of the face and red flashing eyes pops up wth a scream.
- Online Hunting- Starts off making you believe that professional hunters have set up "State-of-the-Art" cameras in the woods that can be used to hunt. When you click "Play" a screen is seen with a loading screen that says things like "Connecting To Host". After this an area of land is shown and a deer can be closely examined in the grass. After zooming up on it, taking a shot will result in a picture to pop up of a deer with a scream. (The deer has some kind of Satanic sybol on its head) The first scream is long, and then another little "Ahh!" in a high pitched sound will be heard. Another "Sabotage" from Liquid Generation.
- Optical Illusions- Starts off with the words "Optical Illusions" and a mosaic transition to an illusion. Six illusions are shown. - Perverted Scary Flash - after clicking on play a scary-looking face pops up and screams, then a picture of a room appears, then the word "Fin" appears. To view, click on "Perverted Scary Flash."

- The Pope's Blessing - there will be a series of prayers during this movie. However, when you see the word "unless..." the pope's hand will electrify, his eyes will change color, and suddenly, Emperor Palpatine will pop up in a dark, evil background with a long scream, then stops, then a short scream. Then one of the Star Wars musics plays. A Liquid Generation Prank.
- Present from mister - The prank starts off as a toy where you change colors and move a doll head. But as you progress on pressing buttons reveals funny sounds. After a while the background changes to black and as you still press random buttons a face with luminous eyes pops up and whispers at you, if you still play the thing the face stays longer saying wierd crap.
- The PriceRight Collection/ Showcase - An animation part of The Price is Right Collection. It shows a regular showcase run of the show but after Bob Barker says "She costs $8.47 a pound.", a creepy picture of Michael Jackson pops up. The other parts, however, are not pranks, but the animation itself contains crude sexual content.

- Rob Lucci: The Game - This one seems to be targeted towards fans of Rob Lucci from One Piece. It starts out pretending to be a game where you help Lucci take his shirt off, but, when you try to drag his shirt off, an image of Spandam with a bloodied face pops up with a scream. At the end, it tells you to not hurt Spandam against a flashing background.

- Solid Sharkey's Polybius Page- all about Polybius, the arcade game of urban legend. The picture that says "Polybius" near the top of the article is actually a Flash animation that occasionally will suddenly show yet another Fatal Frame screenshot, accompanied by a loud scream. The page actually gives this away, for in the part on how Polybius could be made and what should be featured, an excerpt for this part reads "Interrupting the game with a screaming horror like the one on the top of this page (which probably just cost me a few friends)...".
- Spanish Castle Illusion- A new LG prank that "facinates" everybody. It says "The spanish castle is an example of a reverse-color afterimage. To view the castle at full-color, you must stare at the reverse-color image for 30 seconds, then focus on the same point in the black-and-white version". Then you click at more... and you start staring, there's a clock (that reads exactly 30 seconds) on the bottom-left corner of the screen once the clock is finished it automatically goes to the black-and-white image of the castle. A Liquid Generation Prank.

- Stress Test - Another Liquid Generation Sabotage. This test asks you what you have experienced in the last 6 to 12 months. After going through a few lists, your stress range will be calculated. No matter what, the bar always fills up to the top, and just before the bar is full, the infamous "exploding head" sequence from the David Cronenberg film Scanners plays three times, accompanied by one of the well-known screams used in other Sabotages, like the Trick of Treat sabotage. Then the main LG theme follows.

The picture zooms in and out. This is followed by the text "You've been Sabotaged," as well as a link to the website and a button to play the prank over again.
-
- Another version, which shows the bloodied man during the part where you find out your death date for the first time, due to the fact that it says NOW when it should say TODAY, which kind of ruins the joke: **http://www.computerpranks.com/download/programs/fun/swf/sabotage/death.swf
- Where's Waldo - shows a realistic Where's Waldo comic, then Satan's face from The Exorcist pops up with a loud scream. (Note that Waldo was nowhere in the scene, but Odlaw and Wenda were both in it.)

During various times, you will see Santa Claus appear as a blurry figure. It will disappear if you wipe it or you just wait. On the last time Santa will be right up to the window. After a couple of seconds, a zombie Santa Claus (superimposed with an image of an evil jack frost, and a zombie santa figure holding an axe) will break through the window with a loud scream. There is a slight pause, then the zombie will scream again in a higher voice. Part of the Liquid Generation "Sabotage" line.
- The scream is different in SubliminalMessages.com's version. http://www.subliminalmessages.com/money_140.htm
- Winterrowd's Optical Illusions - pretends to be a gallery of optical illusions. At the fourth one, however, you can't go on, as the button to the next illusion is fake. [edit] ABC Song
http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/abcsong.php
The alphabet song is heard, with the letters morphing into each other. After it says "next time won't you", a flashing number 5 comes up over the whole picture with a voice screaming "FIVE!" After clicking the 5, text comes up talking about this actually happening during a syndicated rerun of Sesame Street due to a fault at the television station broadcasting it. After clicking the screen, the Flash plays again.
[edit] Lindsay Lohan/Paris Hilton phone conversation
http://emuse.ebaumsworld.com/audio/play/964/
This prank works the same as the screamers, except it intends to embarrass rather than frighten the victim. The audio clip is of a supposed conversation between Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton played at a very low volume, prompting the listener to turn the volume all the way up in order to understand what they are saying. Near the end of the clip, a male voice exclaims very loudly, "I love gay porn! I'm watching gay porn right now! I hate my job because I love gay porn!"
The apparent aim of the prank is to attract unwanted attention from people near the listener, such as in the home or at the office.
[edit] You Are An Idiot
http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/you.html (beware, this version causes pop-ups!) http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/youare.php (the actual Flash file; does not cause popups!)
Albino Black Sheep is one of the many sites hosting the popular "you are an idiot" prank, in which pop-up windows saying "you are an idiot" bounce around the screen; the windows continuously spawn and it's impossible to close them all using the mouse. These pranks are usually not functional in browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer and are impaired by the presence of a popup blocker or a virus scanner. The popups can be avoided by pressing the 'back' button on the browser rather than closing the window. Ending the IEXPLORE process in Windows's task manager via ctrl-alt-del also effectively quashes the pop-ups. It is also possible to end the popups by holding Alt-F4 until all the windows are closed, but this risks accidentally closing one or two windows too many.
[edit] Red Room
http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley/4358/red_room1.html
Red Room is not a prank as such; there is no real "shock" as defined in this article, it is simply a horror story, albeit one with an unexpected ending. It is a Flash video, entirely in Japanese, about an urban legend called "the Red Room," a popup window that allegedly will result in the death of the viewer if closed. The protagonist in the video searches on the internet for proof of its existence, only for the results to go horribly awry. The "shock" comes after the movie ends, when the Red Room popup appears on the user's desktop and begins acting as depicted in the video.
This Flash is said to be the favorite of "Nevada-tan," the 11 year-old girl who slit her classmate's throat on 1 June 2004 in Sasebo, Japan.
Note: ensure you have Flash player version 7.0.19.0 www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_15507 (click here to check your version) or higher, or you will receive an error page in Japanese.

[sugarqube.com/Ecards/CardView.cfm?CardID=485&L1=19&L2=208&L3=0&Page=]
First, it asks you to type your first name inside the text box. Once you do, you will see a nude woman's back and she will start dancing. After a few seconds, she will turn around and "she" is actually a man and has a heart on his chest which will have the name you typed.
[edit] Other non-screamers
5-Minute De-Stress & Relaxation - This prank has a female voice giving you instructions on how to remove stress. However, after she says "Close your eyes," the screen switches to a picture of a naked blonde woman covering herself, as well as the word "PERVERT!", a message that keeps changing, and a second counter. The female continues to give instructions. At the 31st second, the female voice seems broken, but then is replaced by a song. At the 40th second the screen changes to one more message, "Now get back to work!", as well as the replay button. This prank is meant to attract other people without you knowing about it.
- Computer Virus - it pretends to be a computer game but when "click to start" is clicked, it shows an MS-DOS screen. The virus then "deletes" the hard drive. After that, text appears which reads "Your computer has been deleted." Then more text saying "just kidding!" The LG sabotage song follows.
- Crazy Illusion - A prank where you see a series of shapes and letters, which is not an illusion. A few seconds later, a mooning person starts to appear while farting, making a soft-sounded fart. After that the words "APRIL FOOLS" displays with a laugh.
- Focus - tells the viewer to look at the checkered oblong oval for 20 seconds. The flash is disguised as an illusion, and while you look a picture of a huge bottom appears, with a fart sound accompanied. After two seconds, followed by the words "Haha, gotcha didn't I?", the prank file loops.
- Glad We Are Friends - This prank was made by Liquid Generation, but it's not a sabotage. It's actually an eCard. It starts out with a voice saying how glad he is to be your friend. But after he says "I'm glad we're friends." The angry Leprechaun (one of Liquid Genereation's characters most used on eCards) rips the background open and exclaims very loudly "Well I'm glad your mom's a hot piece of ass because I'm always doing it with her on the weekends! And a good day to you ya fockin' prostitute!" The flash then goes back to the opening screen.
- Hallmark's Webcam photo - Similar to the screamer "Webcam photo" (above) except more humorus than scary. In it, the victim's "photograph" is taken and it turns out to be an image of a smiling monkey with the words "Hi sexy".
- Handprint - tells you to place your hand on a big square. After having your hand "scanned" and being analyzed, the results are that "you are an amazingly gullible person with fingerprints on your screen."
- Joe Zombie 7 - A video that pretends to be the seventh episode of the popular stick figure series Joe Zombie. It starts with the title being revealed. The moon is then shown over a building while a helicopter flies. Then, as soon as that happens, the music changes from a cinematic piece to Linkin Park's One Step Closer. Sgt. Baxter is seen driving a car with an angry face. When the video reaches 00:35, a message pops up telling you that "You are prohibited from watching this movie", accompanied by a baby crying.

- Killer Whale - Shows a picture of a whale underwater. It tells you to scroll over the whale. However, after you scroll over it the whale turns out to actually be a womans butt sticking out of the water farting and the picture makes a loud fart noise.
- Not Scary - This parody of screamers (in particular, the "What's Wrong" screamer) shows a picture of a kitchen, and a poorly drawn monster with the word "scary" and an arrow pointing to it pops up a few times making "boogity boogity" and "nyah" noises, and then says, "All right, I'm done. You can go away now. Boogity, boogity, boogity!" Surprisingly the flash is actually not scary. It is made by Brandon Sachs.
- Personality Test - A test that asks the viewer questions to see if they have a good personality or not. This flash asks you ten questions. After typing in an answer, the voice will give some kind of response (which in fact will be the same (i.e., if it asks you for your name, no matter what response it is, it responds back with 'This name is so you.')). After the tenth question, it will tell you it is calculating your score. After a couple of seconds, it says "YOUR PERSONALITY SUCKS!" This is followed by the Liquid Generation Sabotage end caption (described above in Collections).
- The Pinwheel - This is not a true flash animation, but it is a prank. It first shows a black and white spiral, and after a few seconds it shows a baby's bottom with a fart sound. It then shows the text "hahahahaha gotcha huh?"
- Seal - This flash shows a seal explaining that she loves you so much. Then after she says, "From a very special friend", a flashing background with "www.Analsex.com" typed down appears and a male voice yells out, "Analsex.com! ALL ANAL!!! ALL THE TIME!". This is another prank that ends with the Liquid Generation Sabotage end caption. It is meant to attract unwanted attention rather than scaring you.
- Secret Celeb Exposed - shows a picture of a sexy woman. But when you click on it, the picture zooms out and turns slowly, finally revealing a man. Then the words "You're gay!" along with the same man pointing at you display.
- Secret Message - Shows a worm in an apple saying that someone has a secret about you and that you might be interested. Then right after he says, "Here it goes", a male voice yells out very loudly, "MY BOSS IS A PUSSY!!!", with the words typed down and a flashing background.
- Sex Test - Pretends to be a test about your kind of sex. Picking any of the three answers of the first question causes male voices to yell out, "WELL, SEX DOESN'T LIKE YOU!!!", with the words being typed down and a picture of Mr. Sex Johnson. He then says, "I don't like you."
- Simple Stress test - Pretends to be a stress test, but it is nothing like Liquid Generation's stress test. It tells you there is a picture of 2 dolphins, only a person under stress would notice diffrences. Then it shows a link, when it is clicked, a picture of a dolphin and a cow will show.
- Sony Picture Taking - Similar in concept to (but much less scarier than) the Webcam Photo screamer, with a manipulated photo of a baby and repeated "Nyah's" substituting for the Crypt Keeper and the scream.
- Small Scary Flash - it's just a small picture of a sky, which later turns into a skull with a small scream, but is not as scary because the skull is small and the scream is soft. To view, click on "Small Scary Flash."
- Tender crisp bacon cheddar ranch - Part of YTMND's fad about the tender crisp bacon cheddar ranch. It starts of with the singer playing the guitar singing the jingle. However, after the lyric "I close my eyes for a big surprise", An ASCII picture of Mario on Yoshi appears along with Yoshi saying his name in different pitches. Like all YTMNDs, the prank loops.
- hootieburger.ytmnd.com
- Top Ten Cute Kittens - Kind of similar to "The cutest puppies on the web".A flash showing the top ten cutest kitties. However, right after it shows the first cat, a flashing background with, "THE BOSS IS A CUNT", typed down on it is shown with a male voice yelling out the words. This loops.
- Virtual French Kiss - Shows a picture of a woman, and in the background there is a voice telling you that you've received a virtual French kiss. After you click the button to continue, a picture of an ugly woman pops up saying things like "you want some milk and cookies?", and "I still got that spunk!", etc. After the words "I hope that was as good for you as it was for me" pop up, the sound of an audience saying "eeewww!" will sound.
- What's Wrong with this Picture? - Parody - This is a parody of the screamer animations, where an irritatingly calm voice instructs the viewer to look at a picture and try to find out what is wrong with it. The viewer stares at a picture of a dog wearing a hat for two long and boring minutes, then the calm voice points out that the dog is wearing a hat, and the hat is highlighted.
- Wussy - This prank shows a picture of a waterfall in a forest. After a few seconds, a picture of a cute little teddy bear appears with a loud honk. At the end it says,"Fin". At the beginning, before Play is clicked, a male voice says, "Due to some violent content, parental discretion is advised."
- You are Being Hypnotized - Similar to Hypnotic Sequence with a male voice replacing the female voice, crazier lines replacing the spirals, a butt substituting for the scary eye and a fart replacing the scream. Another prank made by Liquid Generation.
