This is definitely a good start, but I don't think there's enough content there to justify a promotion. Really, the only thing you need to get from Stub to Start is content. Because of this, there's little point in me pointing out what needs fixing, as there's nothing much to fix. Instead, I'll point you at this list of Featured Articles, which you can use as a guide.
