If they get registered in one of those countries, yes [grin]. The board and participants would undoubtedly help if a group of Americans wanted to set up a similar system, and it is not impossible that the conditions will change in due course - there has been discussion - but because US medicine is more different from the commonwealth than any of those countries is from the others it looks harder to do a single system. FOr instance if asked we'd probably be able to fork the material... it would be likely that elements could be shared in common and so on. Midgley 20:27, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
