There is an irony in that the presiding Judge over this case, David Selwood, has since been outed as a peadophile [1] Not sure how this can be integrated with the text in an NPOV way, but it ceratinly made me shake my head, esp as i gave evidence for the defence in the GANDALF trial thus witnessed his pompous 'superiority' face to face. quercus robur 23:24, 22 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Still after reading this article, I have no clue what the trial was about. Is it incomplete, or did I miss something? Peoplesunionpro 22:10, 11 October 2005 (UTC)

Why were these people being tried? This article leaves out some pretty essential information.

[edit] NPOV tag

The current state of this article is very POV, basically it's an attack on the editors of Green Anarchist. No mention either that Steve Booth has since renounced the views he expressed in The Irrationalists, or that Saxon Wood was held exempt by most of the anarchist press for some of the, shall we say, more 'peculiar' views being expressed by the GA collective at that time.

A heavy NPOV edit and general rounding out of this article is needed.

Also, the 'show trial' didn't 'collapse': Booth, Molland and Wood got sent down for 4 years each, although this judgement was overturned on appeal. Lets at least have some accuarcy here... quercus robur 00:02, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
Well I've done a little more editing taking these issues into account.Harrypotter 16:23, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Harry quercus robur 21:57, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

"Counter Information have also issued a statement particularly attacking Steve Booth's offensive article 'The Irrationalists'."

it seems remonving "offensive" could help the neutrality of this article. and maybe a note about who counter information is? aside from that, it looks like all the complaints have been addressed. can the npov tag be removed now? Murderbike 20:54, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] SchNEWS

I'm curious as to the source of the SchNEWS allegation, given that their website coverage at http://www.schnews.org.uk/hotstuff/gandalf/index.htm seems completely favourable towards the defendants. --Black Butterfly 11:12, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
