1. it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD label;
4. No free equivalent exists that would effectively identify the article's subject.
5. The image is only used once and is rendered in low resolution to avoid piracy.
