Ganmodoki

Ganmodoki (がんもどき?) is a fried tofu dumpling vegetables, egg white and sesame seeds ingredients then fried. " Ganmodoki " means " pseud-Goose ". This is because Ganmodoki tastes like geese.
In Kansai Region, Ganmodoki is called " Hiryuzu " or "Hirousu". This is taken from the word "filhos" ("fried cake") in Portuguese.
