Gan Bao

Gan Bao (? - 336) was a historian who lived in a divided China, during an era of war where a number of writers died violent deaths.

His date of birth is unknown, but he died in 336 AD.

He was very interested in stories of ghosts, and his work, In Search of Spirits, started the fantasy genre in China.
