Birdo has been referred to as both a female and a male, and its gender in Japan has always been male. Therefore, leave any objective pronoun refering to Birdo as "it". There is no evidence at all that Birdo will appear in Brawl, much less appear as a playable character, and even much less that she is so important that she gets her own franchise icon. The article Zhang Xiaolin has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time.
