Print from a negative exposed by Captain Video special effects team Russell, Haberstroh and Persanis. This is one of the only existing photos of the model of the Galaxy II. The negatives were not in copyright, but were intended for use as visual reference by the effects team. For present-day purposes they can be considered equivalent to press-release, press-kit publicity photos, and would probably have been used as such had the TV series and the DuMont network survived past 1955.

Copyright undetermined This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
