Galina Efremenko (née Maniachenko) is a Ukrainian figure skater. She was a successful pair skater on the junior level with Evgeni Gilgurski and the pair won the bronze medal at the 1994 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. After dealing with injury, she retired as a pair skater and focused on singles skating. She is a three time Ukrainian national champion and represented the Ukraine at the 2002 Winter Olympics, where she placed 12th, and the 2006 Winter Olympics, where she placed 20th. Her highest placement at the European Figure Skating Championships was 4th, which she accomplished in 2002.

She married Mikhail Efremenko in 2005 and took his name.
