Galesi Arms was an Italian gun manufacturer formally named Industria Armi Galesi which was founded in 1910.
They began to produce pistols in 1914, following Italy's entry into World War I. The first design was a 6.35mm-blowback design based on the Browning 1906.
Charles Whitman carried a Galesi-Brescia pistol during his rampage, though he is not known to have fired it.
