Talk:Gabriel Nassif
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Authenticity check: A search reveals that the phrase "regarded by many" appears in the text. Is the phrase a symptom of a dubious statement? Could a source be quoted instead? Perhaps the "many" could be identified? Might text be edited to more genuinely reflect specific facts? Wetman |

Today's edit is win.
"Gabriel Nassif costs 2 French mana to play and gives all creatures +50/+50 and quad double strike."
It really does.
[edit] Possible NPOV violation
I believe the following statement violates the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view:
He won the tournament, despite playing a poorly built deck.
It is a biased statememnt, without reference. What is "poorly built"? According to who? How can it be poorly built if it won a tournament? Whether or not a deck is poorly built is a matter of opinion, and thus subject to bias. Should this statement be reworded or removed? Flashstorm 22:43, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- That is a POV statement without a source. I've attempted to look for a source that the deck was considered poorly built, but I haven't even found anything about the event yet. Jay32183 23:16, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- So, perhaps should it be removed until such a source is found? Or a citation needed notice? I'm personally still not convinced that it doesn't violate NPOV. Flashstorm 00:12, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- I've removed it since this is a living person. We can't have Wikipedians belittling his deck building abilities. Jay32183 00:15, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
