Summary (myself) Gabby Villanueva is one the few young multi-talented performers who has captured the hearts of audiences from all over the world with her music and charismatic personality. The small screen has been part of her life, working with the most important national Spanish-speaking networks in the United States. Gabby been working on her debut album, titled "Mundos Diferentes" (Different Worlds), as singer, songwriter and producer. Her fans can look forward to its release in summer 2007. Most recently Gabby performed in "Fiesta Broadway 2007 Los Angeles" , the biggest 5 de mayo celebration in the world. Gabby shared stage with one of the most recognize Mexican singers of our times, Pepe Aguilar, Tito el Bambino and Jennifer Pena. Gabby Villanueva was born in Mexico and grew up in Los Angeles. She’s been singing and songwriting since age 16. She has spent the last year working hard to on her Spanish-language debut album “Mundos Diferentes”. The album promises a fusion of rock-pop, ballads, cumbias and mariachi-pop. Themes include songs of love, loss of love, and even war and hope. "Mundos Diferentes" is the first single from the album. It is a high-energy rock-pop song about the hope of love that a couple experiences. Gabby’s musical influences originate in her genes. Her grandmother and her parents spent parts of their lives dedicated to songwriting and performance. At a very early age, it was clear that Gabby had a love for music and performance. She has participated in numerous musical theater performances, festivals, contests and cultural events. At the age of 16, Gabby was selected to sing with mariachi to an audience of over 6,000 during a festival sponsored by ABC in Los Angeles. At the age of 17, Gabby made her first professional recording titled “Los Diez Grandes de Cuanto Cuesta el Show”. In 2002, Gabby was selected to participate in the reality show “Protagonistas de la Musica”, which aired nationally on Telemundo. Gabby can also be seen in various national commercials alongside Piolin and the popular Colombian singer, Juanes. Gabby’s perseverance, energy, professionalism and charismatic personality have led her to successes on Spanish television in the United States. []http://www.myspace.com/gabyvillanueva
