Gabtali (Bengali: গাবতলী) is an Upazila (subdistrict) of Bogra District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Gabtali is located at 24.8750° N 89.4500° E . It has 52782 units of house hold and total area 239.6 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Gabtali has a population of 265926. Males constitute are 51.1% of the population, and females 48.9%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 135845. Gabtali has an average literacy rate of 24.8% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]

Gabtali has 10 Unions/Wards, 106 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 213 villages.It is famous for the birth place of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, Bir Uttam.
