Gabriel Torres (born 31 October 1988 in Panama City, Panama) is a football foward who currently plays in Colombia for Mustang Cup team La Equidad.
He made his debut for the Panama in 2005 against Trinidad and Tobago and was captain of the Panama U-20 squad that took part in the 2007 FIFA World Youth Cup in Canada
He is widely regarded as the top prospect from Panama and on 2007 he traveled twice to England to practice with Manchester United and once in Spain with Valencia C.F.. On his second flight to Manchester he got injured on the second day of practice and had to return home where he played for ANAPROF side Chepo F.C.. In 2008 he was loaned for 6 months to 2007 Mustang Cup runner-up La Equidad. In his debut in Colombia Torres scored in the 2-3 loss against Deportivo Pereira

- In his debut for the Panama on October 8, 2005 against Trinidad and Tobago, he became the youngest player in Panamanian football history to play in an official match. Gaby was 16.
