Gabriel Podoski

Gabriel Podoski (1719-1777) was a Polish priest and politician. Archbishop of Gniezno (also, primate of Poland) (1767-1777).
He was one of the Polish nobles in Russian service and supported their position. One of the leaders of the Radom Confederation. Supporter of the cardinal laws.
Supporter of August III of Poland, opponent of king Stanisław August Poniatowski.
