GRB2-associated binding protein 2, also known as GAB2, is a human gene.[1]

The protein encoded by this gene, GAB2 is an adaptor protein serving as principal activator of Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. 10 SNPs of GAB2 gene have been found in one study to associate with risk of Alzheimer's disease in the carriers of ApoE4 allele.[2]
