Template talk:G8-Interior

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Consider here that the functions of the US Interior Department do not match the usual meaning of the Interior portfolio in other countries. As such, Mr. Kempthorne should not be in this template but the Attorney General or the Secretary for Homeland Security.

But the Attorney General is already under the Justice Ministers template and Homeland Security isn't nearly as important as the Interior. The G8 templates generally show the top members of a country. President, Prime Minister, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Justice Minister, Finance Minister, Interior Minister and Defence Minister are generally the most powerful people in a countries executive branch (I consider the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister executive and not legislative).
