It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on G-Mobile for the following reasons.

1. This image is copyrighted and their is no non-copyrighted version of this imge available.
2. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes in the article on G-Mobile
3. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
4. The use of this logo does not detract in any way from the companies ability to market its product
