Ghajn Tuffieha Tower

Ghajn Tuffieha Tower is a fortification on the island of Malta built by the Knights of Malta. It is a small fortification, primarily a watchtower, though it was originally armed with a half pounder gun, and was garrisoned by a small troop of four men. It was built during the reign of Grand Master Juan de Lascaris-Castellar and stands on the cliffs overlooking the shore at Ghajn Tuffieha Bay on the north west coast of Malta. It is one of five Lascaris towers that he ordered be built.

The tower still stands, and has been recently renovated.
