For HEAVEN'S SAKE DO get a basic knowledge of German before you write bullshit like that or FUCKING REFRAIN FROM WRITING ABOUT GERMANY AND GERMAN HISTORY AT ALL!

A "Regierungsbaumeister" isn't building governments (Regierungen). The prefix "Regierungs..." describes a civil servant high up in the civil service hierarchy, "Regierungspräsident" would be another notable example. Korten's father was an ARCHITECT. An architect employed by the state, a CIVIL SERVANT.
