Gérard Janvion (born 21 August 1953 at Fort-de-France, Martinique) is a retired football defender from France, who played for AS Saint-Étienne (1972-83) and Paris Saint-Germain (1983-85) during his career. He earned 40 caps for the France national football team from 1975 to 1982, and participated in two World Cups (1978 and 1982).
He is currently manager of Martinique top level side CS Case-Pilote.
