Gé van Dijk

Gérard ("Gé") van Dijk (born August 15, 1923 in Amsterdam – died May 29, 2005) was a football (soccer) player and coach.
He played his entire career (1943-1957) for Ajax Amsterdam, won two Eredivisie titles (1947 and 1957). He played 317 matches and scored 89 goals (he was top goalscorer in the 1950-51 season). For the Netherlands national football team he got two international caps from 1947 to 1948.
